Protest the Hero is a Canadian band from Whitby, Ontario. They started playing when they were just 12 years old. They are a mathcore/progressive metal band. I found these guys about two years ago, and i really liked them. They got awesome melodics, and theyre vocalist is really good. i just dont like it when he does some weird loud shouting. Motion City Soundtrack is a rock band based in America. The band formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1997, with only two of the founding members still part of the lineup. These guys ARE NOT screamo just so you know. But they are an intense band. With catchy lyrics and riffs they sound awesome. Any type of person should like them, well at least one song.
